Jeff Girard has joined the ACPA as Michigan Engineer. He will be working closely with ACPA staff and members of the Concrete Pipe Association of Michigan to promote the benefits of concrete pipe and precast boxes to consulting firms, county engineers, municipal agencies, the state highway department, legislators, and other decision-making agencies and organizations.
